Executives of Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (the “Company”) will host an investor webcast (“Webcast”) to inform investors and analysts of the Company’s strategic vision around its renewable natural gas (RNG) supply and the growing demand for RNG fuel by fleet customers in its North American station network. The Webcast will be held in Newport Beach, California on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at approximately 10:00 a.m. (EST) and will include a management presentation followed by an opportunity to ask questions.
On January 19, 2022, the Company issued a press release announcing the Webcast and certain details related thereto. A copy of such press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
